Remote Area Medical at the Cal Expo
Dr. Hsu and Carmen represent Silver Star Dental at the massive RAM (Remote Area Medical) free healthcare event at Cal Expo last Saturday. Nearly 1000 patients without dental insurance, or means to afford dental care were seen that day. The event lasted 4 days. It was a fun and rewarding experience. Patients were very appreciative, but treating so many "grown up" teeth that day reminded Dr. Hsu of why he loves pediatric dentistry so much.
